After 20+ years leading multiple award-winning consultative merchant services sales teams at large organizations, including Bank of America and First Data (now Fiserv), Joel Truss started Paymentum to serve his passion for helping business owners achieve their dreams. Paymentum serves owners throughout the country with their payments, printing, and promotional needs, in addition to providing other services.
Joel is an accomplished FinTech executive, having served as the Chief of Staff to the National Sales Executive at Bank of America Merchant Services and leading the West Region commercial launch of Clover, now the best-selling cloud-based, point-of-sale system for small businesses and Fiserv’s flagship point-of-sale product.

ANSWER: We offer a versatile range of payment options, including all major credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfers, mobile payments, gateways, and virtual terminals. Some solutions include alternative payments including various wallets, cryptocurrency, and buy-now-pay-later

ANSWER: Standard merchant processing agreements contain a term that we generally waive at signing. If equipment is included, we will cover any terms required with that offer. As your business grows, and needs change, we want to scale with you. Should your needs change, please call to discuss new options and we will do our best to proactively make the necessary adjustments
