"Services": Refers to the payment processing and printing services provided by Paymentum.

Payment Processing: Facilitating secure and efficient payment transactions.

Printing Services: Professional printing of documents and other content as requested by users.

Maintain and promptly update your account details.

Service Fees: Fees for services will be provided at the time of order. All prices are subject to change at our discretion.

File Submission: You are responsible for the content you submit for printing. Files must comply with our file submission guidelines, including format, size, and resolution.

Content Responsibility: You warrant that you own or have the right to use all content submitted for printing. You must ensure that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyrights or trademarks, and that it does not contain offensive, harmful, or unlawful materials.

Order Accuracy: It is your responsibility to review your order details, including the document content, printing preferences, and quantity, before submitting your order.

Order Fulfillment: We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill your order according to your specifications. However, we are not responsible for errors in the submitted content or formatting issues related to file submissions.

Delivery: We offer delivery and shipping options for completed printed products. The estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout. While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and applicable fees that are the responsibility of the customer will be communicated at the time of sale.

Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for printed materials pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Cancellations: Orders for payment services can be canceled based on the terms listed in the merchant processing agreement (MPA). Early termination fees may apply and will be specified in the MPA. Orders for printing services can be canceled before printing files have been shared with fulfillment. Once printing has started, or file sharing with fulfillment is initiated, orders cannot be canceled.

Refunds: Refunds or reprints will be issued at our discretion, provided you notify us of the issue or defect within 7 days of receipt. We do not offer refunds for user errors in file submission or payment errors due to incorrect information provided by the user.

Ownership: All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property found on our website or through our services are owned by Paymentum or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website and services for personal or business purposes.

Restrictions: You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information.

Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.

Interfere with or disrupt our website or services.

Limitation of Liability: In no event will Paymentum, its affiliates, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paymentum from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.
